Unitized Glass Facade Drawings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need complete shop drawings for a glass facade that will be executed as a unitized system. The scope goes beyond a basic schematic: I’m looking for detailed construction-level drawings that my fabricator and site team can use without additional clarification.
The base architectural and structural files will be provided in DWG and PDF; you will translate these into fully coordinated unitized-panel drawings. Each drawing set should include:
• Panel layouts with exact dimensions and datum references
• Mullion, transom, and anchor details at typical and atypical conditions
• Section cuts through slab edges, corners, and parapets showing gaskets, insulation, and waterproofing interfaces
• Hardware schedules and glass make-up notes tied to panel tags
• A concise bill of materials so the procurement team can cross-check quantities
Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or an equivalent professional CAD environment and maintain layer discipline for easy future edits. I’ll review in two rounds: the first for coordination, the second for final sign-off before fabrication. Deliverables are the native CAD files plus clean, plotted PDFs sized for A1 sheets.
