Triple Wide Foundation Plan

I need a detailed foundation plan for a triple wide home. The foundation will be a concrete crawl space, and I require specifications for a vapor barrier and access door. The exterior footing will be 67 feet by 41ft to allow for 6" overhang past the stem wall, with two strip footings centered along the marriage line of the sections where blocking will go, the footings will be 8" thick, with a standard rebar schedule 16" OC and 3" from outside of footings and J-Bar every 4 feet to extend into stem wall, the stem wall will be 66ft by 40ft 6" thick by 40" tall, three rows of rebar starting at 6" and every 12" thereafter, will also need a 24" wide by 8" thick footing that follows the jogs of the inside porch where it meets the rest of the house so we can frame in a pony wall and insulate to keep out water that will seep trough the porch deck boards, need to show footing drain around the 67 x 41 foot footing as well. Exterior footing to be 5 ft wide, strip footings to be 8ft wide.
