Traditional 50x100 Office Plan
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m ready to move forward with architectural drawings for a 50' × 100' stick-built office and need a designer who can translate my vision into permit-ready plans. The building should read “Traditional” from the curb—think classic proportions, gable or hipped roof lines, and wood framing throughout rather than steel or masonry.
Inside, the layout has to support day-to-day professional work with:
• Several private offices along the perimeter
• One or two well-sized conference rooms centrally located
• Adequate bathrooms for staff and visitors
Circulation, natural light, and clear egress paths are critical; I’d also like suggestions on how to future-proof the space for potential open-workspace conversions down the line.
Deliverables I’m expecting
• Scaled floor plan(s) with room dimensions, door and window schedules
• Exterior elevations that capture the traditional style in wood construction
• Basic structural sections/details suitable for a stick build
• A concise material specification sheet (lumber sizes, siding, roofing, etc.)
If you work in Revit, AutoCAD, or a comparable BIM/CAD platform, please mention it—DWG or RVT files plus PDFs will be ideal for my builder. Let me know your estimated timeline and any clarifying questions you have so we can get started quickly.
