I'm seeking someone to create detailed building plans for a new traditional-style house with 2-3 bedrooms on the plot of land next to my house. the overall size of the plot for the new build is 14m by 13m. And also a possible extension to increase the overall size of original house.
I require plans that can be submitted to my local council in the UK.
