I need a full architectural package for a new commercial building that must read as unmistakably traditional in its overall aesthetic. The project’s anchor feature is a fully-fledged kindergarten school incorporated into the ground-level footprint, so circulation, safety, daylight and acoustic separation for young children are core design drivers from the outset.
Scope
• Concept to schematic: massing studies, reference imagery and hand/SketchUp studies that confirm the traditional language, rooflines and façade rhythm.
• Detailed drawings: dimensioned floor plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD or Revit, plus door / window schedules and a code compliance matrix focused on child-care regulations.
• 3D visuals: two exterior perspectives and one interior kindergarten classroom render for stakeholder approval; any mainstream renderer—Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion—is fine.
• Documentation set ready for planning submission (PDF + editable files).
Key considerations
• The kindergarten area needs its own dedicated entrance, buggy storage, child-safe finishes and direct access to outdoor play space.
• Remaining commercial areas can remain open-plan so long as they do not compromise noise levels for the school.
• Local building codes for educational facilities must be reflected from day one.
Acceptance
A complete drawing set that passes a basic code review for a child-care facility and a coherent 3D model matching the approved traditional concept will mark project completion.
