Tonopah Ranch Home Architecture Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to break ground on a new single-family, ranch-style residence in Tonopah, Arizona and need an architect who can guide the project from first sketch to permit approval. The lot is a standard desert parcel with big-sky views, so the design should celebrate wide horizontal lines, shaded outdoor living, and materials that handle our hot, dry climate.
What I’m looking for
• Complete architectural drawing set (floor plans, roof, elevations, sections) prepared to Maricopa County permitting standards
• Coordination notes for structural, MEP and energy-code compliance so my engineers can plug in seamlessly
• A digital model (Revit, Archicad, or comparable BIM) for quick visualization and future take-offs
• Two rounds of revisions after the initial concept to fine-tune room sizes, window placement and façade details
I have a rough design and site survey ready to share as soon as we start. If you’re licensed in Arizona—or have recent experience getting plans approved here—let’s talk timelines and anything else you need to hit the ground running.
