I have a small interior renovation in Tomball, TX: one new enclosed office and a short corridor to keep admin and production areas separate. The complete architectural package is already drafted—six sheets covering the cover page, life-safety, notes/specs, demo, new floor & ceiling, plus finishes and FFE. What I still need is a Texas-licensed architect to step in as Architect of Record, perform a code-compliance review, then add your seal and signature so I can submit to the City tomorrow.
All drawings are ready for your immediate download in PDF and CAD. I am not looking for design changes or redlines—just confirmation that the set meets current IBC, TDLR, ADA, and local amendments, followed by your professional seal. The plans will also be routed to the local fire marshal, so if any minor life-safety tweaks are essential for that sign-off, flag them and I will update the files right away.
