Tennessee-Licensed Architect for Commercial Revisions
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am midway through a commercial project in Tennessee and have a full set of construction documents that now require professional revisions and a Tennessee stamp. The conceptual and schematic work is settled; what I need is a state-licensed architect who can take my existing drawings, correct and refine them, ensure they meet current codes, and prepare the final permit-ready construction set.
You will receive the current sheets in PDF and DWG. Your task is to redline, update, and return a complete, code-compliant package ready for submission. Expect coordination notes from the engineer and a few owner-driven layout tweaks—you’ll fold those in as well.
Deliverables:
• Updated construction drawings (DWG + PDF) incorporating all revisions
• Tennessee architect’s seal on the final set
• Brief change log highlighting every adjustment made
If you are licensed in Tennessee and experienced with commercial construction documentation, I’m ready to get started right away.
