Tempe Architectural Permit Drawings

I need an architect who can produce a building application and drawings for a Tempe-based industrial building suite for work that has already been completed. The project is strictly interior design—no exterior or structural alterations. The work has already been completed but the city has noted that we did these improvements without a permit. We transformed an office into a kitchen.
I need more than drawings. The person who bids on this should be someone qualified or a Licensed Architect to be able to get drawings approved for building permits in the City of Tempe, Arizona
*We added a 50 Amp breaker for the oven. Another for the added electric cooktop and microwave.
*We also transformed a bathroom into a shower.
*We piggybacked sewer from the bathroom to add a laundry drain.
*We also pulled electric to the dryer.
*We added a sink and a dishwasher.
*We can provide all the basic building dimensions and suite layout with the improvement locations. And photos as needed.
We are seeking the best bid for this project and are open to students or new architects.

Here’s what I expect:
• Basic drawings as minimal as possible to comply with local code.
• Guidance to help us walk us through the requirements so we can help you to minimize your time requirements.
Work order changes should be included in the bid if you forget something or it did not comply with City of Tempe Requirements to achieve final inspection acceptance.

• IF NECESSESARY - Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans showing lighting, furniture, and circulation.
• IF NECESSESARY - 3D visualisations or renderings so stakeholders can sign off quickly.
• IF NECESSESARY - A concise specification sheet listing fixtures, furnishings, and finishes with sourcing notes.

Collaboration will be remote, but I can provide existing drawings of layout, site photos, and measurements immediately. I’m looking for clear communication, staged milestones, and drawings ready for application of permits.
