Swimming Complex Design & Engineering

Job ID: 40550154

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am planning a dedicated swimming facility that centres on a purpose-built diving area equipped with low diving boards. From the initial site layout through to the full set of construction drawings, I need a professional who can blend architectural flair with solid engineering know-how so the finished complex is both visually striking and fully compliant with international aquatic safety standards.

The scope begins with concept sketches and a clear zoning plan, then moves into detailed civil, structural, and MEP engineering for the pool shell, deck, filtration, lighting, and spectator spaces. Because the core attraction is diving, special attention must be paid to water depth gradation, splash-back control, and spring-board anchoring. Any experience working with FINA guidelines will be highly regarded.

Deliverables
• Conceptual 3D renders that convey ambience, sight-lines, and material choices
• Full architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) ready for municipal submission
• Structural and MEP schematics covering pool tank reinforcement, plumbing, HVAC‐dehumidification, and electrical load distribution
• A concise bill of quantities with phased cost estimates to guide budgeting and contractor bids

I will be available for rapid feedback at each milestone so we can iterate quickly and keep documentation tight. If you have completed similar aquatic projects—particularly those featuring diving installations—please share your portfolio and outline the software you prefer (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable BIM tools). Let’s create a safe, efficient, and inviting environment for both recreational and competitive divers.
