Stucco Wall Measurements & Detailing

Job ID: 40220842

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need precise field measurements for a stucco job before ordering materials. The task is simple but accuracy is critical: capture each wall’s height and width, then provide the exact surface area for every face that will receive new stucco. Several sections include decorative elements that interrupt the flat plane, so those features must be measured and reflected in the totals rather than guessed or ignored.

You may use a laser distance meter, tape, photogrammetry, or any method you trust, as long as the final figures are verifiably accurate to within ±3 mm. A short site visit is expected; I can arrange building access at mutually convenient times.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned drawing or marked‐up photos (PDF or DWG) showing individual wall heights and widths.
• A table summarising each wall’s net surface area after deducting the decorative interruptions.
• Brief note on any measurement challenges you encountered so I can address them in the construction schedule.

Turnaround: 4 hours from the site visit. Experience in architectural surveying, quantity take-offs, or stucco installation is strongly preferred, as you will recognise how ornamental details affect material coverage.
