I have a completed set of construction drawings for a single-family residence that now needs a registered structural engineer’s review and professional seal so I can move forward with permitting in the United States. The architectural and structural sheets are ready in both PDF and DWG; what I’m missing is your licensed stamp on the structural components—foundation, framing, lateral bracing and load paths—plus any notes you require to show compliance with the current IRC/IBC and relevant ASCE provisions.
