Stamped SFR Renovation Drawings Needed

I have a complete set of interior-renovation drawings for a single-family residence in California. To submit for permit I now need a California-licensed design professional to review the set, note any required corrections, and apply an official stamp and signature so the plans meet local building-department requirements.

The plans were produced in AutoCAD and exported to PDF. I will supply both file formats along with any supplemental details you need (existing photos, measurements, previous approvals, etc.). After your review, please return:

• A red-lined PDF (if corrections are required)
• The final, signed and stamped PDF set ready for electronic permit upload
• A brief compliance letter referencing applicable California Building Code sections, if customary in your practice

Turn-around of one week or less would be ideal, but let me know what is realistic for you. I am available daily to answer questions and can implement drawing edits quickly on my end should you prefer to mark up and have me revise before stamping.
