I need a licensed design professional to turn my detailed restaurant layouts into permit-ready, code-stamped plans. The building is a restaurant, and the focus is limited to the kitchen and restroom areas.
What I already have
• Dimensioned, detailed layouts for both spaces in PDF/DWG.
• Equipment lists and rough plumbing locations.
What I need from you
• Full construction plan set for the kitchen and restrooms, stamped for permit submission in my state.
• Architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sheets covering all fixtures, clearances, and ADA requirements.
• Updated schedules (equipment, finishes, lighting) tied back to my existing layouts.
• Code notes and any required calculations so the authority having jurisdiction can approve without revisions.
• A final PDF set plus the editable CAD files.
