Stamped Residential Architectural Plans & Revisions

I need a licensed professional who can place their stamp on a complete architectural drawing set for a residential building. I already have several sheets that require corrections and mark-ups, plus a handful of new plans that must be produced from scratch so the entire package is permit-ready.

Scope of work
• Update my existing floor plans, elevations, and details exactly to the red-lined comments I will supply.
• Create any missing sheets (additional floor layout, roof plan, door/window schedules, basic interior elevations) so the set is fully coordinated.
• Apply your professional seal to every sheet in the final PDF to satisfy the local building department.

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings follow current residential code (IBC/IRC) and the plotting standards my municipality specifies—title block, scale, north arrow, sheet numbering.
• One consolidated PDF, plus editable CAD files (DWG or Revit) delivered.
• Your stamp and signature must be valid in my jurisdiction; please confirm licensure when you submit a proposal.
