Stamped Plans for Apartment Renovation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am renovating two separate apartments and need a licensed architect to prepare permit-ready, code-compliant drawings. The scope is strictly interior redesign—every space is being refreshed, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms—so the plans must clearly document all new layouts, no structural changes are expected).
You will receive my field measurements, sketches and photos of each unit. From these, I need:
• Full-size architectural sheets (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations and schedules) sealed with your professional stamp
• A PDF set for permitting plus the CAD source files (DWG or Revit)
• One round of revisions after plan-check
The city building and fire department has ready approved converting these 2 small commercial spaces to apartments but local code requires stamped plans .
