Stamped Michigan Pharmacy Construction Plans
Budget: $10 – $100,000 USD
I am fitting-out a shell space in Michigan for a new pharmacy and need a licensed architect who can stamp permit-ready drawings in the state. The project requires a complete construction document set, including coordinated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) plans.
Space program
The layout must clearly show a consultation room and a dedicated storage area, along with an office and an ADA-compliant restroom. Workflow, security requirements and state pharmacy regulations all have to be reflected in the design.
Scope of work
You will take my preliminary sketches and site measurements (or conduct a field verify if you prefer) and develop:
• Architectural floor plan, RCP, elevations and details
• Code analysis and accessibility notes for Michigan Building Code
• Fully engineered Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC sheets integrated with the architectural set
• Title sheet, general notes and schedules sufficient for plan review and contractor bidding
• Michigan professional seal on the final PDFs (and hard copies if required by the city)
Acceptance criteria
Drawings must be accurate enough to pass municipal plan check on the first submission and be suitable for contractor pricing. I will consider the job complete when the local authority issues the building permit without further revisions tied to the drawings.
Please outline your typical turnaround time, the software you draft in (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), and how many rounds of revisions you include. I am ready to begin immediately and look forward to working with someone experienced in Michigan retail health projects.
