Stamped Container Home Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I already have the lot secured and the concept defined: three standard 20-ft shipping containers—two side-by-side at ground level with a third set on top. What I now need are full, permit-ready drawings that carry an Architectural stamp for my state.
You’ll turn this layout into a code-compliant set of documents my building department can approve. That means floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation details, container cut-out notes, insulation specs and anything else required to satisfy local residential and energy codes. Engineering sign-off isn’t required; the municipality has confirmed an Architectural seal alone is acceptable.
When you reply, show me past work on container homes, tiny houses or other modular builds that you stamped or shepherded through permitting. If you’re comfortable working in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software the process will move even faster; just let me know which platform you prefer.
Deliverables
• Complete permit set in PDF plus original CAD/Revit files
• Architect’s stamp valid in my state
• One revision cycle after the first plan check
Attach your relevant past projects and a realistic timeline, and I’ll forward the site survey and setback requirements so we can kick things off immediately.
