Job Title: Licensed Architect/Engineer Needed for Stamped Building & Foundation Plans
I am looking for a licensed architect, structural engineer, or qualified design professional to take an existing architectural drawing that I will supply and turn it into permit-ready stamped drawings.
The project will include building plans and foundation plans suitable for submission to the local building department.
Scope of work includes:
Review the architectural drawing provided
Prepare complete building plans for permit submission
Prepare foundation plans
Provide structural details as required
Include code-compliant notes, dimensions, sections, and details
Coordinate any needed revisions based on building department comments
Provide final stamped/sealed drawings in PDF format
The building is a proposed mixed-use structure with office/garage space and residential apartments above. I can provide the existing concept/architectural drawings, dimensions, and any available site information.
Requirements:
Must be licensed and able to stamp drawings
Experience with residential or mixed-use construction
Experience preparing permit-ready construction documents
Knowledge of building code, foundation design, framing, fire separation, and structural requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and provide a realistic timeline
