Small Sports Complex Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am preparing to build a compact multi-sport complex and need one professional team that can cover both engineering and architectural design from concept to permit-ready drawings. The site will mix indoor and outdoor areas and must flow as a single, user-friendly destination.
Facilities in scope include a gym, swimming pool, futsal court, padel court, walking track, café space, and a cricket batting net. I am not planning a tennis court at this stage, though I’m happy to hear practical suggestions that could improve circulation or revenue potential.
What I need from you:
• A complete master plan showing optimal placement of all listed amenities for efficient land use and smooth traffic flow between indoor and outdoor zones.
• Architectural floor plans, sections, and elevations for each building or covered area, delivered in CAD (DWG) and PDF.
• Structural, MEP, and drainage drawings sized for local code compliance.
• 3D exterior and interior visualisations good enough for investor presentations.
• A basic bill of quantities with phase-by-phase cost estimates so I can schedule construction sensibly.
Please highlight any previous sports or leisure projects you have engineered or designed, the software you will use (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.), and your typical turnaround for concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
