Signed, Sealed Mailbox Kiosk Plans

Job ID: 39976994

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a licensed architect to prepare complete, signed, and sealed construction drawings for a freestanding mailbox kiosk built primarily from wood and presented in a traditional style. The plans must be fully code-compliant and ready for permit submission in my jurisdiction (United States).

Please include:
• Scaled architectural, structural, and foundation sheets showing all dimensions, elevations, sections, and relevant details for the wooden kiosk.
• Wind, snow, and live-load data or notes sufficient for the reviewer to understand design intent (formal structural calculations aren’t required if the local building department accepts prescriptive data, but let me know if you prefer to supply them).
• A material schedule specifying lumber sizes/grades, fasteners, hardware, roofing, and any protective finishes that preserve a classic, traditional appearance.
• Site plan sheet (I’ll provide survey in CAD or PDF) showing kiosk footprint and required clearances.
• Title block bearing your professional stamp and signature in electronic form (PDF) plus one set of vector files (DWG or similar).

I already have rough sketches of layout and mailbox cluster dimensions; you’ll refine these, verify structural adequacy—posts, beams, roof framing—and present the kiosk in a format acceptable to the permits office. If any tweaks are needed after first review, one round of revisions is included in the scope.

Timeline: initial draft within seven days of award, final sealed set within five days of my feedback. Let me know up front if you need any additional survey information or site photos to finalize your work.
