I have a set of detailed-design drawings for a commercial project that now needs a professional seal to satisfy local permitting requirements. All core layouts, dimensions, and technical notes are already drafted; what I still require is a registered architect or engineer who can review the package, make any edits needed for compliance, and place their stamp on a complete set of construction documents.
Because the job is at the detailed design stage, I am not looking for conceptual input but for a thorough technical review that confirms the drawings meet applicable codes and standards. Once that check is complete, I need the entire plan set—architectural, structural, and any supporting sheets—signed, dated, and sealed.
Deliverables
• A digitally signed and sealed PDF of the full construction document set ready for permit submission
• One hard-copy set mailed to me (if your jurisdiction requires an original wet stamp)
