Rooftop Pergola Permit Corrections
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The City of Boise has issued correction comments on my rooftop pergola permit set and I need the drawings revised so the engineer can add his stamp and we can resubmit without further delays. Your role is strictly drafting and architectural / code-plan support; all structural calculations and stamping will be handled by the engineer of record.
Scope of work
You will update the existing plan set to address every item in the city’s review, including:
• C0.0 and C1.0 sheet clean-up and coordination
• A clear egress plan that meets current IBC and City of Boise amendments
• A rooftop seating layout with calculated occupant load and code notes
• Reflected ceiling plan showing exit signage and emergency lighting locations
• Updated drawing index, keyed revision clouds, and a concise response-to-comments matrix tied to city mark-ups
I will provide the marked-up sheets and CAD base files as soon as we start so you can work directly in DWG and export a coordinated PDF package for submittal.
Acceptance criteria
The revised set must match the city checklist, use consistent sheet naming, show all revision clouds and deltas, and be delivered in both editable DWG and print-ready PDF.
If you have proven experience turning around commercial permit corrections—especially rooftop assemblies or similar TI work in Boise or comparable jurisdictions—let’s get started right away.
