Riyadh 420m² Apartment Building Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I own a 420 m² plot in Riyadh—12 m frontage by 35 m depth—and I’m ready to turn it into a multi-storey apartment building. The plan is for self-contained flats, each offering 3–4 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dedicated laundry room and at least one balcony. The design must make the most of the narrow frontage while meeting all Riyadh municipality setbacks, parking ratios and height limits.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Massing study that confirms the maximum number of residential floors and parking layout
• Detailed floor plans for a typical apartment level, ground-floor entrance and services core
• Façade elevations and one 3-D exterior render to communicate the architectural language
• Structural and MEP drawings prepared for permit submission, based on Saudi Building Code
• Editable Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD files plus print-ready PDFs, including a concise bill of quantities
I’ll provide the land survey and zoning data as soon as we begin. The final package should be ready for immediate submission to the Riyadh authorities and clear enough for contractors to price.
