Rice Paddy Farm Planning & Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am preparing to turn a 1-5 acre rice paddy into a fully functioning production site and I need a China-based architect or design firm that can shepherd the entire vision from concept to stamped drawings. Your focus will be twofold: develop a thoughtful site plan that respects the contours and irrigation needs of a working paddy, and deliver structural designs for the key buildings—namely the field-side agricultural facilities (processing/maintenance) and dedicated storage units for harvested grain and equipment.
The work goes beyond sketches. I will rely on you to produce engineering-grade construction documents that a local contractor can take straight to permitting and build without guesswork. Drawings should be prepared in Chinese (with English annotations welcomed) and aligned with current national and provincial codes for agricultural structures.
Deliverables (all in PDF/CAD and editable formats):
• Master site plan showing circulation, drainage, and utility runs
• Full structural drawings and calculations for the agricultural facility and storage units
• Material and finish schedules suitable for procurement
• A brief design narrative explaining code references and load assumptions
