Revise TI Plans per City Comments

I need the current tenant-improvement drawings cleaned up and resubmitted so the city will sign off on our permit. The project covers the architectural and building. The building is a mono-pitch shed with truss roof framing; the interior change is simple— we are taking out a non-bearing partition wall at the center of the space.

Key items the city flagged: updated ADA details and a short list of 2024 building-code clarifications. All comments must be incorporated into the revised set and shown clearly in the plans, notes, or schedules as appropriate.

Please work directly on the existing CAD base (DWG will be supplied) and return a consolidated PDF plan set that is ready for immediate resubmittal.

Deliverables
• One complete, stamped PDF plan set reflecting city comments, ADA revisions, and the partition-removal scope
• Updated code analysis sheet highlighting the addressed building-code items
• Clouded revision markers and revision index so reviewers can track every change

The submittal will be considered complete when the city accepts the package without further architectural corrections.
