UK Residential Permit Drawings Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have already secured the site for a ground-up residential build and am now ready to submit for planning permission. I’m looking for a UK-based architect who can prepare the complete drawing set required by local authority planners and, subsequently, building control.
The package should cover everything a typical single-family new-build application demands: location and block plans, fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, roof plan, sections, site layout showing access and parking, plus key construction details annotated to current UK Building Regulations. If you can also include a basic design and access statement and coordinate any required SAP/energy data, even better.
I’ll supply my concept sketches, site survey, and outline brief as soon as we start. I’ll need the drawings in PDF for submission and DWG for my records, with two revision rounds built in so we can fine-tune before lodging the application. Experience navigating UK planning portals and familiarity with RIBA Stage 3–4 documentation will help the process move quickly.
