Residential Irrigation Pump House Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a functional and durable pump house for residential use. The pump house will primarily serve to house a well water pump, electrical services and fuse board, space for storage of ride on lawnmower and landscape maintenance equipment. The pump house is to be covered by soil and landscaped to hide its appearance and help it blend into the site landscaping. It should be constructed using metal and concrete block and be a maximum height of 5 meters.

Key Requirements:
- Design structure suitable to contain well pump house, electrical services and storage for maintenance vehicle, ride on lawnmower and landscape maintenance equipment,
- The structure is to be covered by soil and landscaped in order to appear to be a natural hill or mound.
- Incorporate a water storage tank above pump house / services room
- Utilize high-quality, durable metal materials
- Ensure design is watertight, protects the electrical and mechanical equipment placed inside it and supports weight of covering soil and landscaping.
- Incorporate access points (wide width doors similar to garage size door) for maintenance and operation

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing pump houses or similar utility /storage room
- Proficiency in metal construction and design
- Strong architectural and engineering background
