Residential Foundation Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for detailed, professional foundation plans for a residential building using concrete footers. The plans should include:
- Soil Analysis: Assess soil type and stability.
- Drainage Planning: Design effective drainage solutions.
- Structural Engineering Review: Ensure structural integrity and compliance.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in residential foundation design
- Knowledge of soil mechanics and drainage systems
- Strong background in structural engineering
-Can provide sealed foundation plans
Currently owns a shed converted to a cabin and is on wood blocks (Bought the property like this recently) and now need to get a certificate of occupancy but cannot until we fix the foundation.
