I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to modify an existing residential floor plan. The modifications include improving the layout and functionality of the bedrooms, master bathroom, and an additional bathroom. The goal is to make the space more efficient and suited to my needs. Ideal candidates should have experience in residential architecture, proficiency with CAD or similar design tools, and a good understanding of spatial optimization.
