Residential Design & Build Architect

I’m ready to commission a residential project and need an architect who can carry it from first sketch all the way to the final punch-list. The scope is full design-and-build, so I expect you to develop concepts, secure planning approvals, prepare detailed construction documents, coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, and remain involved during site works until hand-over.

The home will be a single-family residence; sustainability and energy efficiency are priorities, so experience with passive-house principles or comparable standards will stand out. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other BIM-capable tools are welcome—use whatever lets you deliver clear, build-ready drawings and smooth contractor coordination. Knowledge of Vaastu- Shastar can be cherry on the top.
