Residential Building Design Plans
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to construction documents for a new residential build and I need a registered architect who can take charge of the full design-and-planning process. The brief calls for a home that also integrates generous storage space similar to a small warehouse, so your layout must balance comfortable living areas with practical high-clearance zones.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Concept development that translates my rough sketches and notes into a cohesive architectural vision
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, roof plan and at least one section, delivered in PDF and editable CAD (DWG or Revit)
• A simple 3D massing model or renders so I can visualise volume and façade options
• Coordination of basic structural assumptions and MEP placeholders so downstream consultants can slot in smoothly
• A schedule of materials and square-footage take-offs sufficient for preliminary cost estimation
Because this is a design-and-planning engagement, I’ll need iterative reviews: one round at concept stage, another at 50 % design development, and a final sign-off before you compile the permit-ready set.
