You would guide the project from the first sketch through to a complete drawing set. Along the way I’d like advice on layout efficiency, structural practicality, and any sustainable or cost-saving strategies you feel add value. A few photorealistic renderings or a simple BIM model that I can walk through would also be helpful for visualising the final result.
