This is an existing block wall small house that is outlined in blue in the Revit file, that has a small crawl space, see attached image. Open to suggestions, however, footprint is of the structure is fixed, due to site constraints and other conditions. The windows should be updated to a larger opening and prefer that they are of same size (and/or partially) to reduce manufacturing cost. Pocket doors where possible, larger front door. Main and Rear Hall ceiling height 8'0" to accommodate standing height in the Attic. Ceiling height in rest of the house should be 10'0", the structure should reflect that. Considering using Columbus Brick Magnolia Bay or Old Bailey and possibly an accent as Scottsdale General Shale or some sort of Stone at the base. The main brick is white, and the soil is red clay that is why the consideration of a different material at the base. The existing is block wall, will be faced with thin brick. The addition will be wood construction with face brick.
