NJ Residential Architect Needed -- 2

I’m planning a ground-up, traditional-style residence in New Jersey and need a licensed architect who can guide the entire new-construction process—from first sketches to stamped construction documents ready for township permits.

You’ll handle local code research, translate my ideas into schematic floor plans and classic elevations, then progress through design development and produce a full, signed-and-sealed set. If you normally model in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar, 3D views or a simple walk-through would be a welcome bonus for refining the details with my builder.

Deliverables I’m counting on:
• Concept layouts that capture the traditional aesthetic and required room program
• Design-development package accurate enough for preliminary cost estimating
• Final NJ-compliant construction document set, signed and sealed, ready for permit submission
• At least one revision cycle to address township review notes
