• Full structural drawings that an engineer and local inspector can sign off on without revisions.

I’ll share my rough sketches, preferred room sizes, and local regulations the moment we start. AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable BIM software is fine—use whatever you’re most comfortable with as long as the final files are editable and ready for permit submission.
