Queretaro Warehouse Architectural Design

Job ID: 39866548

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m moving forward with a new warehouse project in Querétaro, Mexico—just under 10,000 sq ft—and I need a licensed architect to shape every stage of the design. The building will serve straightforward storage purposes, but efficient loading-dock circulation is a must, so I’ll rely on you to lay out dock positions, turning radii, slab specs, and canopy details that suit local codes and industrial trucks.

Because this is an industrial build, familiarity with Querétaro’s permitting process, seismic and wind requirements, and current fire-protection standards is essential. I expect a full set of permit-ready drawings plus construction-level details and coordinated BIM or CAD files (Revit or AutoCAD work equally well for my team). If you can add a simple 3D view to help stakeholders visualise the dock flow, even better.

Deliverables
• Concept floor plan with dock layout
• Full architectural set ready for municipal submission
• Dock construction details and material specs
• Source CAD/BIM files

Please outline your approach, similar completed projects in Mexico, and the turnaround time you’ll need once we kick off.
