Provide construction/architectural plans for passive solar strawbale home in Arizona

We are in the process of designing our strawbale home that we plan to build on our 5 acre property in Arizona. We are looking for an architect/draftsman, with experience designing strawbale homes, that can take our basic design and draw up the plans for us. Our current design is a 1500 sf (30x50 exterior dimensions) single slope with a 1:12 pitch roof.

We want to build this using the load bearing wall design vs structural frame design to reduce the amount of wood used in the structure. We need the plans to be based on the building codes for our county. We do not need them to be stamped.

Required Experience:
- Designing strawbale homes
- Knowledge of Passive Solar designs
- Structural Engineering experience

- Attention to details
- Interest/experience in alternative building designs (strawbale, earthbag, earthen rendering, etc)
- Ability to find and recommend cost saving design features
