Permit Plans for 150sqft Porch Addition

I’m adding a modest wood-framed porch—right around the middle of the 100-200 sq ft range—to the rear of my home and I need a full set of permit-ready drawings. The porch will be built in wood and capped with a gable roof that ties cleanly into the existing house roofline.

Drawings must be clear enough for my local building department to approve without back-and-forth. I can provide photos, measurements and material detials

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Scaled site plan showing location and setbacks
• Framing, foundation, and roof-connection details that satisfy current residential code (IRC)
• Dimensioned floor plan, elevations, and at least one section view
• Any notes or schedules needed for lumber sizing, fasteners, and hardware

If you’re licensed to stamp plans in my state, let me know, but a clean un-stamped set that passes code review is my immediate need. Please tell me how quickly you can turn the first draft, how many revisions you include, and what software you’ll be drawing in (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Layout, etc.).
