PDF Plans to Editable DWG

I have a architectural plans currently locked inside moderate-detail PDFs. I need each sheet rebuilt in AutoCAD and delivered as clean, fully editable DWG files.

While you redraw, please incorporate the following revisions straight into the CAD model:
1. Modify specific room dimensions exactly as marked.
2. Add or remove internal walls where noted.
3. Update every affected annotation and label so the documentation stays coherent.
4. Make changes in Facade design
5. Elevation heights changes.

All linework must be to scale, organised on logical architectural layers, and use clear line weights ready for printing or further engineering work. I’ll provide the PDFs, a cloud-based markup set, and clarification sketches the moment we start. A brief screen-share walk-through of your first sheet is appreciated to confirm standards before you proceed with the rest.

Deliverables:
1. One DWG file per original sheet, incorporating the listed changes.
2. A PDF export of each revised drawing for quick review.
3. Up to one tidy round of minor tweaks after my initial check.
