Oregon AIA or PE Review Retail Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have about a complete, 10-sheet architectural set for a 4,500 SF interior retail renovation in Oregon. Before I file for the permit, I need an Oregon-licensed AIA Architect or Professional Engineer to provide a formal consultation and code-compliance review.
What I will send you:
• PDF set: Cover, Accessibility Guidelines, Demolition, Life Safety, Floor, Reflected Ceiling, Elevations & Details.
• Existing notes and any prior jurisdiction comments, if applicable.
What I need back:
1. A marked-up PDF (or Bluebeam session) highlighting any code, life-safety, or accessibility issues you find.
2. A brief written summary I can forward to the local building department.
3. Minor red-line revisions or clarifications so the drawings are permit-ready.
4. Your Oregon stamp and signature on the final sheets, if you are authorized to seal them.
Scope is strictly review and consultation—no full redesign. I expect a prompt turnaround; please let me know your typical review window and how many minor revision cycles are included. Familiarity with OSSC, ADA, and retail tenant-improvement requirements is essential.
If this fits your credentials and schedule, I look forward to working with you.
