Office Space Planning Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a commercial office between 1,000 and 5,000 sq ft and need a seasoned architect or interior space planner to translate my rough brief into a fully resolved layout. The goal is a modern, efficient workspace that balances open‐plan collaboration areas with enclosed focus rooms, a welcoming reception, adequate storage, and the usual back-of-house functions, all while meeting local codes and accessibility requirements.
What I expect from you: a dimensioned floor plan with furniture placement, reflected ceiling and power/data layouts, key elevations or sections where clarity is needed, and a concise specification sheet for finishes and fixtures. If you can add photorealistic visuals or a lightweight BIM model in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, even better—just let me know in your bid. Final files should arrive in editable DWG and printable PDF.
I’ll supply an existing shell drawing and a head-count brief on appointment. Once I receive a first-pass concept, I’ll provide consolidated feedback; one round of revisions should get us to sign-off. Deliverables are accepted when they align with the brief, coordinate accurately with the base building drawing, and print cleanly at 1/8" = 1'-0" (or metric equivalent).
