Nursing Home Setup Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am moving forward with establishing a full-service nursing home and need a professional who can turn my concept into a clear, build-ready plan. The facility will focus on two core service lines—personal care assistance for day-to-day living needs and on-site rehabilitation services for residents transitioning from hospital stays or managing chronic conditions. To support a vibrant community atmosphere, the layout must feature engaging recreational areas as well as a well-organized dining hall capable of serving three meals daily.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A space program and schematic floor-plan that shows traffic flow, room adjacencies, and square-footage estimates.
• Service workflow diagrams detailing how nursing, rehab, and personal-care teams will interact with residents.
• Preliminary compliance checklist covering life-safety, accessibility, and local licensing requirements for nursing homes.
• High-level cost estimate broken down by construction, equipment, and staffing so I can plan phased funding.
I can supply site dimensions, resident capacity targets, and any zoning notes as soon as we start. Experience with healthcare architecture, geriatric care operations, or similar regulatory environments will be a major plus, and you are welcome to recommend additional amenities—such as private rooms or specialized therapy suites—if they strengthen the overall concept.
