New Jersey LICENSED Architect for Kitchen/Bath Drafts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a New Jersey–LICENSED architect to prepare permit-ready drawings for three kitchens and three bathrooms in my multi-family home in Cape May NJ. The township will not issue permits without an architect’s seal registered in the State of New Jersey, so active licensure is non-negotiable.
Project scope
• Kitchens: three units, all to follow a traditional aesthetic while maintaining an open-concept footprint.
• Bathrooms: three units, also in a cohesive traditional style that complements the kitchens.
What I will supply
• Existing floor plans in PDF and rough measurements.
• Inspiration photos that capture the level of detailing I want (raised-panel cabinetry, classic moldings, etc.).
• A clear list of fixture sizes and appliance specs.
What I need from you
• Code-compliant architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules) ready for township submission.
• Your professional seal on the final set, either digital or wet-signed as required.
• Two rounds of revisions after the first draft to satisfy zoning or building-department comments.
• CAD files (DWG) and a final PDF set.
Preferred workflow
We can work remotely; a brief video walkthrough and existing photos should give you the context you need, but I’m willing to arrange a site visit if that is required to stamp the plans.
If you hold current NJ licensure and are comfortable designing traditional, open-concept kitchens and coordinating matching bathrooms, I’d love to hear how quickly you can turn around the first concept set and what information you will need from me on day one.
