Requirements:
• Knowledge of IBC (International Building Code)
• Familiarity with local AHJ codes, Fire Codes, and other U.S. building standards
• Experience preparing permit-ready drawings for U.S. clients
• Strong attention to architectural detail and civil/structural coordination
• Ability to work independently and deliver error-free, code-compliant designs
