Key Requirements:
- Expertise in construction documentation, specifically floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
- Ability to refine existing drafts into comprehensive, permit-ready documents
- Proficiency in using rayon.design and collaborative workflows
- Deep knowledge of Australian building regulations and standards
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical documentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience in modular building design and documentation
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Familiarity with NCC and Australian Standards compliance
