• Detailed floor plans with bedroom/bathroom counts called out and room sizes annotated
• 3D exterior and interior renders that capture the modern aesthetic (SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar)
• Full structural drawings ready for local approval (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)
• Coordinated plumbing and electrical schematics with fixture and load schedules

I’ll share any additional survey data or local code notes once we start. All files should arrive in both editable (DWG/RVT/SKP) and PDF formats so I can review and forward them to my contractor.
