Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced architect or designer to transform an old brick grocery store into two modern-style townhouses.
Would like minimum 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths
Key requirements:
- Each townhouse should have an open floor plan and a garage.
- Design must be modern and aesthetically pleasing.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in residential design, especially townhouse conversions.
- Strong knowledge of modern architectural trends.
- Ability to create functional and attractive open floor plans.
- Experience with zoning and building regulations.
- both to have rooftop deck
-Modern but not extreme modern
-it’s a 40’ x 60’ building with room underneath for garages and storage
-would like to add a floor on top of what’s there
