Modern Three-Storey House Blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I own a 280 sqm lot in the philippines and need a registered, certified architect to turn my concept for a modern three-storey home into build-ready drawings.
Key layout elements
• Ground level: open yard, garage, maid’s room, and an open kitchen that flows to the outdoor space.
• Entrance on the second floor with a dramatic double-height foyer that brings in plenty of light.
• One extra-large master suite on the top level including a walk-in closet, private balcony, and a small office area.
• Three additional bedrooms—each with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Intelligent circulation and void placement to maximise cross-ventilation and daylight throughout.
Style & materials
The overall look should be modern. I’m flexible on exterior finishes (brick, glass, concrete, or a mix) as long as they complement the climate strategy and local codes.
What I need from you
1. Scaled floor plans and basic elevations for all three levels.
2. A simple 3D massing or perspective that lets me visualise volumes and light paths.
3. A concise airflow/light analysis or annotated drawings showing how your design achieves natural ventilation and illumination targets.
4. Drawings in a format my local engineer and builder can use for the next stage (PDF + editable CAD preferred).
If available, please share one or two samples of comparable multi-level residential work that demonstrate your licence and design approach.
