Modern Smart Home Build
Budget: £20,000 – £50,000 GBP
I'm looking for an experienced architect and builder to design and construct a modern single-family home. You must be able to speak English & Thai.
We are based in the UAE.
Essential features include:
- Open floor plan for spaciousness
- Smart home technology integration
- Large windows for natural light
The home is going to be built on a small family ran durian farm, so although we like modern looking buildings we would also like to have a hint of traditional mixed in.
We will be building the home approx 30-40 minutes south of Chumphon.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Proven experience in smart home construction
- Strong portfolio with projects featuring large windows and open layouts
